Comments about THE NORTH FACE Women's ThermoBall Triclimate Jacket:

Loved the look of this jacket and it has a nice contoured fit but North Face took too many short cuts: The jacket is too thin to be a ski or cold weather jacket, it is just not warm enough below 40 degrees; the inner jacket is not a true thermoball for some reason- there is no thermoball in the sleeves which are very thin and short, this does not make sense considering the price of the jacket; the pockets are not fleece lined and feel cold and rubbery when you put your hands in them; the chest pocket is not big enough for a phone, but you could fit a credit card and ID in there; I really wanted to love this jacket but even at a discount through EMS it was not worth the cost unfortunately.

Comments about THE NORTH FACE Women's ThermoBall Triclimate Jacket:

My intended use for this jacket is for skiing, snowshoeing or any other winter activity. I can use this jacket for those- if I layer up underneath it. Luckily, I bought this jacket when there was a sale, so I'm happy with the product for the price I paid. If I were to pay full price, I would expect something that would keep me relatively warm during the harshest of winter weather.
P.S, if you ordered the pink one, the thermal ball layer underneath is grey, not white.

        Great coat for winter sports!

Comments about THE NORTH FACE Women's ThermoBall Triclimate Jacket:

I bought this coat on sale for my first snowboarding adventure. The temperature ranged from 0-20F throughout the day and this coat kept me warm and dry. I started out with a fleece under it, but I was actually too warm and took it off, so I ended up with a tank and a long sleeve shirt underneath.

This coat doesn't feel very heavy so I was a bit concerned at first, but the two layers really helped keep me warm and kept the wind and water out. I'm excited that I can use the layers separately in the spring as a light coat and a rain coat.

I'm 5'2" and 115lbs, and ended up with an XS (originally ordered a S but it was huge on me!)
