I love the way these shirts fit and feel. I think they're versatile, taking me from the couch to the trail to the snow to the office. I also get complimented on the colors. The warmth to weight ratio is great too. I keep one in my classroom to throw on, as the temperature in my building is unpredictable.

However, I feel that the quality has diminished slightly over the years. About two years ago, I purchased this item in black and the EMS logos on the chest and on the side-seams were embroidered. The older, black one is holding up well, the newer ones tend to get pulls a bit more easily, and the "screening" of the logos detracts a bit from the aesthetics.

By no means am I disparaging this product, I got these things on sale, and they were a great bargain! I have one in black, grey, blue(brighter than it looked on the website) and green. I love these shirts. and I love EMS!

My husband does lots of campouts with the Boy Scouts (our son is a Boy Scout), and I bought him this shirt because he was complaining that he was always cold, but didn't want the bulk of fleece, or to wear a really heavy coat for hiking in the Winter. This shirt did the trick for him! He wears it under his light winter coat (he'd wear it every day if he could!), and he's warm every time now! WOW! He even told me that I should get one as well, because it's so comfortable and warm! (When was the last time your husband actually told you go out and spend money??? It MUST be a great shirt!) I would DEFINITELY recommend this shirt if you want something lightweight but warm to get you through the cold Winter weather!

I just returned from a 3 day hike in the White Mtns- NH - this product kept me dry & comfortable in: warm weather,an all day rain with 30 mph winds & gusts to 40 mph...cold nights down to 40 degrees - typical June in the Whites - VG product

i dont find anything bad about this product, i wear it around the house and also out to hang with friends. its also great for hiking and skiing, which is mostly what i bought it for.

Really nice as a layer lighter than fleece and more mobile but just as warm as some poorer fleece brands. Has shown some signs of wear but nothing substantial and I imagine it will hold up just fine. As a 5' 8'' male with an athletic build for 155 lbs I find a medium fits loosely with sleeves slightly long and chest loose and length slightly long. For me this works nicely, nothing rides up while backpacking and it breathes well but it does lack the stylish athletic fit that's in. Good product.

As a track & field coach, I wear these Techwick Thermo 1/4 Zips all the time as a base layer, a mid-layer, or an outer layer. I love their versatility and they wear like iron! I've had some for years and they just keep going. Great for around the house too. I haven't found anything else I like nearly as much.

I bought this shirt to use when I snow shoe. It is perfect for layering. I tend to get too hot and this shirt is just the right weight.
