Comments about ICEBREAKER Men's Crew 260, L/S, Midweight:
Even on sale Icebreaker is pricey, but it's one of the few things I can think of that really works hard to pay for itself. I wore the long sleeve crewe 260 top for two weeks while car camping (sleep in a tent by night, hike by day) in temps that were in the 30s at night and 50s to 70s by day. After two weeks it still looked fine. And as Icebreaker loves to point out, it didn't stink. Is it magic? Or is it those great South Island, New Zealand sheep? I don't know, but I am in awe. Back in the city, it does just as well. I didn't tick the "stylish" box because it matters, but because people who know better than me say it is. Function, fit, comfort, and never-say-quit is a better description.

Comments about ICEBREAKER Men's Crew 260, L/S, Midweight:
the Icebreaker base layer is an essential part of any winter sport enthusiasts gear. I tried a similar item in the store before I ordered online so i knew that it was a size smaller than normal. The perfomance of the base layer is amazing. It really does not hold odor and is extremely warm without itching. A definite must have!

Comments about ICEBREAKER Men's Crew 260, L/S, Midweight:
I am a NYC garbage man and I work outdoors in the freezing cold and still build up a sweat.... These wool base layers are MUCH better then the synthetics, and I used to think they were great. But now that I know what the difference is in natural wool is like, and how well it keeps me dry and most of all warm, I will never go back!
I immediately went back and bought 3 tops and bottoms while the sale was still going on!

Comments about ICEBREAKER Men's Crew 260, L/S, Midweight:
I wear this shirt regularly over a IceBreaker 200. It looks sharp and fits me well.
There has been some slight pilling on the back of the shoulders and elbows which I have not seen in the 200 and 150 layers I own. Given my frequency of wear and level of activity in the shirt, overall I am very pleased. The product is an order of magnitude better than my older poly based stuff and it has effectively replaced my sweaters. I would absolutely buy this product again.

Comments about ICEBREAKER Men's Crew 260, L/S, Midweight:
the other lighter wool base layers just aren' warm enough for me. 260 is the minimum i would consider for cold weather use, yet this weight breathes very well, i bought 3!
