The UGG's are amazing. I reallly like them, I had two pairs, but then someone was jealous cause they didn't have them and they stole my brown mini pair. I now still have my chestnut short. They recommend not to wear socks with them, which is awesome because it doesn't smell them out, and it molds your feet into them..but, after a while of not wearing socks with them, the fur wears down and it gets to the hard part but you can barely feel it. THEYRE AMAZING. YES YES YES. Perfect for a bday gift, xmas gift, or anything!! Daughters love them, and so do adults!! I WOULD TOTALLY RECCOMMEND!!!

I've been wearing UGGs for several years and own six pairs. My oldest ones are the best made and the workmanship seems to be fading as time goes on. In cold weather areas like mine (upstate NY) I recommend the thicker soled styles like the Ultra for the winter and late fall. I can get away with Classics until the end of October, but not much later if I'll be spending any time outdoors. They're comfortable to walk in for hours, no socks are needed. I don't suggest they be worn in purely wet weather, especially if the area has been treated with salt as you'll find your boots stained with a salt ring which is quite a challenge to remove, regardless of pretreatment. If you've never tried a pair of UGGs, I can assure you they're like walking on clouds. I bought my first pair while fighting my first battle with frostbite and have been a fan since. Nothing is a soft against your skin.
