Comments about BODYGLIDE Skin Lubricant:
This is a great product. I use it for long runs and bike rides. The only trouble I've had is that it melts if left in your car. I guess that's to be expected, but I hadn't thought of it when I packed it one morning for an afternoon run/bike and it was EVERYWHERE! That, however, is user error, not a problem with the product. It does what it says: I've had no hot spots, blisters, raw areas since I started using it.

Cons
Best Uses

Comments about BODYGLIDE Skin Lubricant:
I thought this product was great, I tend to get blisters all the time when I walk in my sneakers on the treadmill I had been using blister pads but it got so expensive, I found this through fitness magazine and now I'm hooked!
