This little tool can be used for anything, from shears, to serrated blades, to fish hooks, to almost any other edge that you can think of.
It is more difficult to use than the motorized sharpeners, you have to control the angle, and it is possible to damage your blade.
However, after about 5 minutes of practice, I was producing decent edges.
