Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports ADIRONDACK ROCK PRESS, Adirondack Rock:

This seems to be a comprehensive guide to climbs in the Adirondack region of NY. A very well put together and easy to use book. I've only breezed through the Mellor book so can't compare the two.

Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports ADIRONDACK ROCK PRESS, Adirondack Rock:

This is much improved over the Mellor book. This book has better approach directions, great map overlays, and actual rappel routes included. This is a great book for anyone who wants to climb the dacks but doesn't know all the cliffs yet.

Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports ADIRONDACK ROCK PRESS, Adirondack Rock:

          This book is excellent.
Contains more climbing than most will see in a lifetime.
Just make photocopies of where you are heading as the book is quite heavy.
