Comments about MSR Base 2-Pot Set:
This is my first non stick set of pots. They are much lighter weight than my stainless set and the non stick performs as advertised which is great when the stove is kicking up too much heat. I don't do a lot of backpacking these days so the concern about the non stick wearing out is minimal. This set will last me years before I have to worry about that.
I wish these came with a stuff sack. This seems to be the norm for the newer lightweight sets. The aluminum doesn't char like my stainless pots but they still get dirty and I like to put them in something before they go back into the pack. I'll be looking for a sack that fits them appropriately.
