Use this chalk for climbing because it is formulated for climbing. What else is there to say? It's sticky, it sticks to your hands and dries them even if you've got abnormally wet palms (excessive sweating disorder), nice texture with sufficient chunks of blocks which comes handy when you're resting 150ft above ground after a failed clipping attempt. Dip your hands in, grab a few of those chunk blocks and crush them in frustation. Ahhh..... feel better.

ummm, its climbing chalk... nothing too special. dries your hands to give you that no-slip grip you've always wanted. hows that for a sales pitch? but seriously, it works well and i have had no problems with it. climb on.
