Comments about SUPERFEET Green Premium Insoles:
I've fitted thousands of people in these orthotics and many other kinds including custom orthotics. I've found that Superfeet is the best in support of all off-the-shelf orthotics. They are very supportive and the green Superfeet work best for a person with medium to high arches who wants firm support. Many times they help treat plantar faciitis, metatarsalgia, bunions, Morton's neuroma and over pronation.
One very important thing to remember, is that the sizing on Superfeet is by arch length NOT shoe size. Most peoples arch length is longer than their shoe size. If your not sure what your arch length is, go into an EMS store and they can measure you. Don't forget to measure BOTH feet. Also, if your arch length falls in between sizes, round UP to the larger size.

Comments about SUPERFEET Green Premium Insoles:
I had developed a mild case of plantar fasciitis and my sports medicine doctor suggested getting a pair of these. After trying some others first... including Sore Dawgs, I was happy to finally find a place that sells these. The other brand did not work. But these green Superfeet are perfect! They took about 1.5 weeks to get used to in my shoes. I wear them daily in my sneakers. Within 3 weeks of using these, my condition was significantly better - and that with doing less and less of the prescribed foot exercises! They have made a big difference, I can tell they are supportive and I am looking forward now to my trip to Kenya, knowing I have the plantar fasciitis thing in hand (or foot!). So - highly recommended for those with similar needs.

Comments about SUPERFEET Green Premium Insoles:
I bought these because of plantar fasciitis in my right foot. They are firm and very comfortable and I have run my 6 mile route several times with them. They add more cushion than the "cookies" that came with my Asics running shoes. However, for my foot there is still not enough arch support so I had to add a silicone arch support under the right one. That has worked well. I can highly recommend these for all uses except tight dress shoes.

Comments about SUPERFEET Green Premium Insoles:
They feel good but not much better than others I've paid considerably less for. I didn't like the arch that forms too close to the heel however. The manufacturer says this is intentional and will feel less invasive after a break-in period but I've been wearing them every day for 3 weeks and it's still mildly uncomfortable.

Comments about SUPERFEET Green Premium Insoles:
Got rid of the OEM inserts to my Asolo GTX hiking boots and got the green superfeet inserts. They work great. They kept my heel at the back of my boot without cinching the boots tight and my arches are no longer aching after 10 miles. I slipped on my Merrell Moabs cross trainers after returning home and immediately felt the missing support. Once again, these are great and make a great boot even better.

Comments about SUPERFEET Green Premium Insoles:
I reluctantly spent what i felt(at the time) was a lot of money for Superfeet. It was immediately apparent to me that i had wasted a lot of money over the years, buying the cheap, mass-marketed inserts. After 5 months and many miles of walking, the Superfeet inserts show very little wear. I rarely highly recommend anything, but in the case of Superfeet, i do!

Comments about SUPERFEET Green Premium Insoles:
I bought a pair of Superfeet for the first time while hiking the AT in 2005 because everyone around me said they were the way to go....They were right!! I've had them in my hiking shoes ever since (not the same pair obviously) Seem to get about 1,000 miles out of a pair before they need replacing. If you find something that works for you, stick with it! Great stability, no complaints.
