Comments about SUPERFEET Blue Premium Insoles:
This is a good insole for most casual shoes, however, the ridges on the bottom of the insole can cut through Gore-tex, so beware! This is even mentioned in the FAQs on the Superfeet website. EMS needs to mention this BEFORE allowing customers to make a purchase. I was not warned. Ideally, EMS should be directing those interested to a different line of insoles that are free of ridges and compatible with Gore-tex.

Comments about SUPERFEET Blue Premium Insoles:
I bought these on the advice of the EMS salesperson after showing up the night before a trip out west because I was experiencing a sudden pain in my foot. I knew I'd be doing some serious hiking in the Rockies, and I was afraid my EMS boots had to be replaced. The EMS staff suggested buying Superfeet. I found an immediate difference in how my foot felt. No more pain. I wore them in my EMS boots and later in the dress shoes I'd brought to wear to a family wedding. My dress shoes had never been more comfortable to wear. Today I forgot to make sure that I had my Superfeet in my dress shoes, and I could tell after a few minutes on my feet at work. I'll be getting a second pair shortly. I highly recommend them.
