I've spent lots of money on other insoles - mostly wasted moneny. After 20+ years of climbing hills, running, rucking, jumping, etc... my dogs & ankles are pretty beat down, my back is sore, and I'd developed piriformis syndrome. Superfeet have helped tremendously. I use the Orange in my hiking and combat boots and the green in my running and everyday shoes. Love 'em. Give them a shot for a few weeks and I think you'll find they do what they advertise. Great support from EMS was well - nothing but great things to say about them either.

I go through alot of Army Training 3 days a week and i put super feet in my sneakers and super-feet help with reducing pressure on my knees. also we do alot of ruck marches mostly 7+ miles and i have a pair in my combat boots and the weight from walking with 60lbs ruck on my back and the hard ground no longer slow me down with super-feet they fix every issue i had from pain in my knees to the cushion of my standard insole. they take a little to get used to at first because normal insoles dont have as much support other than that i highly recomend.

Wore them in my boots for one day - did not work well at all. Heel cup edges were nailing and rubbing the heck out of the bottom of my heel. Cup felt way to stiff.

I am on my second pair. The way it supports my foot helped me with my knee problems and back problems. I got almost a year out of a pair of shoes, normally I only get 2 months out of a pair. I only use one pair daily. I would recommend these to any one who has daily back pain, knee pain, foot pain, or any other foot problems. Do note they have different type for different activities.

This product did not relieve the discomfort I felt in my feet. The plastic was too hard on my heels.

They make me feel like I'm walking with two boards on the bottom of my feet--they demolish my proprioceptive awareness---I've spent my life in the mountains and have felt every step taken; with superfeet I felt nothing underfoot except instability,the 26 bones in my foot went on limited awareness status.
This is my first ever review in 60 years and my advice is caveat emptor, and, if they don't feel right one can return them.

I bought these particular superfeet for my work as I teach high school and am on my feet all day. I have a slightly more than medium arch, so i chose these. I have relied on the green superfeet for years for all my hiking and mountaineering, so I chose these for basically working/standing all day. It seems all shoes these days are made with the idea that if you want proper support, you must get footbeds. It's important to have proper support and I rely on superfeet.

I was going on vacation and needed something to replace the worn Nike insoles from my sneakers just for walking around the city. I did a bunch of research online, went to the EMS store and the employees all highly recommended the Superfeet. I've had severe knee pain since I was a kid from any physical activity... very happy to say that after 15+ miles of walking each day for 3 days in a row my knees felt great. Took about 5 hours of walking for the insoles to "break-in" my feet (notice I did not break in the soles, they fixed me), and after that it was pure comfort. I wish my everyday work shoes had removable insoles, I'd replace them with Superfeet in a second.

using these insoles, I have so far been able to avoid bunion surgery!
