I play competitive tennis 3-4 times per week. I started to get foot problems and could barely walk on my feet when first getting up in the morning. I was replacing tennis shoes every 3 months for arch support until I found these inserts. They have made a huge difference. No more pain! I have a pair in every tennis shoe and hiking shoe I own. They offer amazing support and comfort.

I bought these because they were recomended by a friend. I spend on average, 50-60 hours a week on my feet due to my profession. Before I got these inserts i was practically crying at night, my feet so sore, and my calves cramping up. Now, although standing all day everyday still isn't exactly pleasant, it's totally tolerable and the excessive pain is gone! Love these inserts!

These footbeds may feel a bit stiff and uncomfortable at first. It takes about one to two weeks to really feel good wearing them. Then the insoles conform to your feet and soon, you just cannot live without them. They become indispensable. You will want a pair for each pair of your shoes. So comfortable!

These were recommended by my podiatrist for metatarsalgia and arthritic foot pain. Since wearing these (I transfer them from one pair of Merrell's to another) my feet have been much less painful and the metatarsalgia seems to be improving.

Strangely my husband and I both found this product to be extremely uncomfortable. Perhaps in our case the product was just too rigid and provided too much support. The inserts do seem to be very durable and well made, but our feet just ached, and we had to remove them. We both resorted to putting the manufactures inserts back in our shoes.
