The silly bike pump broke/ripped apart the presta valve on my bike tube -- now I need to not only go out and find a new bike pump (luckily I still can return this thing), but now I need to get a new tube, wah wah!!!

Great product but a little tricky to use the head properly. Small body makes it easily portable, but also makes for lots of pumping to deliver much air.
If it were a bit easier to use I'd give it 5 stars

This thing is completely useless. It doesn't work at all, and if i hadn't put wear and tear on it after one use i would of sent it back. Bummer.
