I really like the Orange ends--a nice feature to help locate them and place your lock. This cable is thick, and would be a great supplement in a high crime area where you wanted to provide some protection for your wheels. I use the cable to lock canoes--I wish it was longer. I was psyched that it didn't come with a lock--I use it with my Kryptonite U-lock. It also has a velcro-type strap to make it easier to carry--I don't use that feature. A good, stout cable that should fit your needs. If you are wanting a lock that will prevent theft in a serious crime area, the cable would be vulnarable--look for a better primary piece of protection.
