works great, but more expensive than conventional patch kits with separte tube of glue. But u pay for the conveinence and also saves a couple of grams.

I haven't had the need to use this patch yet so I cannot comment on it's performance, but it is exactly what I wanted. It is a compact and self contained solution that fits in a small bike bag. The individual patches are ready to go and come in a little plastic case, which is what I wanted to just toss in my bag and need in an emergency. I bumped it to 4 stars since I haven't used it yet and cannot comment on it's durability or effectiveness.

I've successfully patched 6 flats with this product: 3 on the trail and 3 back at home. The patches go on fast and stick strong - I've been riding on patched tubes for months without issue.
The one & only time these patches didn't work is when I had a hole on a ribbed section of the tube, directly on the main seam. When I realized the glueless patch wasn't working, I did try a conventional rubber cement patch, and that failed also. So, it was basically an unrepairable leak in this case. Everything else though - no problem!

Park Tools Super Patches are the easiest way to patch a tube that I've ever found and I get a lot of flats. I have yet to find a way to put the patches on without touching the glue surface, but this hasn't affected their ease of use or their effectiveness. I won't ever use anything other than these to patch my tubes.
