My first trainer so I have nothing to compare. The only "flaw" that I have found is the stability. The bike seems to "wobble" while pedaling - this seems to effect the chain route. The remote is pretty useless, I just shift as needed. Overall this suits my purpose - mid winter cardio while watching NHL network.

This is a great trainer for the athlete&non athlete.I only do recreational biking and its a good workout for someone who likes to take it easy.The remote is USELESS! I just control it with my bikegears,so don't get it for the remote.But I am very happy with it.I have read that the trainers are loud.Not quite sure what people mean by that.A treadmill is MUCH LOUDER.
