installation is easy. disconecting the link is the hardest part. Squeeze the links together and push together at the same time. Takes some practice. But I don't leave home without one. Putting a SRAM chain back together with a traditional tool is tricky, and if you don't get it right, it WILL break. You still need a chain tool to remove the broken link, before you install the powerlink.
