Comments about Time MTB/Cyclo TIME ATAC Cleats:
I have the atac pedals and cleats on my road bike and they work great. Easy to get in and out of, also there is a way to make your release angle different by switching the cleat to the opposite foot. Haven't tried it but seems like a nice option to have. Although the pedals themselves are a bit heavy for a road bike for some people, these are a great design and will assure you many miles of frustration-free riding.
