Comments about WESTERN MOUNTAINEERING Summerlite 32° Sleeping Bag:
After an exhaustive search and looking at every option, my wife pulled the trigger for me on this bag as a surprise - I am overjoyed with how light and small this it packs down to. It literally billows out of the stuff sack, into a warm cloud of down, suitable for spring, summer, and fall use.
I have the Long size, and it weighs 1 lb, 5 oz - incredible for a 32 degree bag. I replaced the included stuff sack with an XS compressible bag (the kind with breathable fabric integrated), and it shrinks down to 7" by 5 1/2". So far I've slept down to 40 degrees in a heavy wind, with nothing but a silk liner and tarp - I was grinning at how warm I was.

Comments about WESTERN MOUNTAINEERING Summerlite 32° Sleeping Bag:
This is an incredible bag. After a lot of research I chose the WM Summerlite due to its construction (full baffle / full length zipper / great reputation) so far it is yet to dissapoint. Just got back from the Dack' high peaks where the temps touched the 20's and I was fine. Yes, it is pricy, but it does not have an equal that is currently on the market. Being a warm sleeper it might be too much for me in the heat of summer; however I will not be caght withhout it in the spring and fall, might even be able to get some winter use with a liner.
