Great for hot summer nights where a sleeping bag is too much. Very thin, big enough for me to curl up in, I'm 6'1". Packs super small and is pretty good at breathing.

Im am a Tour Leader for Adventure Cycling's Trans-Am and we are going across country for the next three months. I hate sticking to a nylon bag and this solves that problem. I am 6'3" and I fit in this liner just fine. I use it solo when it is warm enough and tuck it in the bag on cooler nights, makes sleeping much more enjoyable as I am not waking up to un-stick myself from my bag. I also have the Thermalite version for the winter and that works great as well.
