I bought this product to compress my Big Agnes Cacoon 15 degree sleeping bag to get it a little smaller for my backpack. I use it with my EMS 80L bag and with this compression sack the sleeping bag will fit in the bottom pocket easily. I have other compression sacks and I do have to say this one is the most true to size and all around best product.
