Make sure you survey and measure the area where you will hang your kayaks before you buy. Preferably you will want a mounting area that is low is enough that allows you to reach the loosening straps and hang or unhang your kayaks by yourself. Unfortunately I don't have such an area and I'll probably need two people to take down or put up.
