I am not sure what this pack would be used for...
Might be good for the Cross-Country Runner or for short Hikes. Does NOT fit boots, shoes, etc.
Might fit Camera gear and Binoculars.
Right size for petite woman.

Bought this pack for a Grand Canyon Rim-to-rim-to-rim ultra run/hike. 50 miles in 15 hours - pack was perfect - fit well, comfortable, perfect size for hydration, food, clothing. I LOVED that it did NOT come with a bladder. I've got some already so I did not want to pay for another one, just popped one in there and it was great!
I plan to use it all summer for day hikes in the white mountains of NH and all winter for teleskiing and hiking up here too!
I love the Gregory brand too, so this is best all around pack I found. Many out there but so many either have too many pockets/zippers (who needs that??) and some have not enough. This one is perfect.
