This is a perfect day pack for women. It fits plenty of water, rain coat, extra shirt, hat, gloves, lunch and misc. items like a camera. The waist straps have very convenient storage pockets that fit more than expected. But the best part is the fit. For women, once you wear this pack, you will never want to wear another pack that isn't female specific. The chest strap glides easily up and down so you can find the perfect spot. The arm straps are wider, and the entire pack sits higher on your back so it is more comfortable.

I bought this pack to use day hiking and I love it. The compartments work great and there are straps to tighten up the whole thing, if you are not using all the space. The only down side I have seen is, it is very warm on my back when hiking steep sections. But, I think that would happen with any pack that fits snug on your back. I really love this bag.

I have mostly been using it for commuting to my therapeutic massage office ~ notebook laptop, journal, appt. book, crystals, snacks, water bottle and travel mug... perfect!!!
The times I have taken it on short hikes and walks in the city were also perfect... it is great to finally have a daypack that fits my 4'11" body without feeling like a little kid with an oversized backpack!!!
I look forward to other adventures with this wonderful daypack in the near future!!!

I used my Maya backpack while I was running errands on my bike. I readjusted the straps so that is was comfortable while I was in my riding position. I also used it while traveling, I had one night's worth of necessities in it and could leave my bigger bag in the car. I love this pack and wish I had purchased it years ago.'

I absolutely love this daypack!
I use it when I go on day hikes. It has numerous compartments for keeping all my gear sorted for the day, a sleeve for a 2 litre hydration bladder, exterior compartments for quick grab stuff, and my favorite color. What's even better is the internal suspension system. Fully loaded & still feels very comfy to wear, no weary back or shoulders.This pack is dimensioned for a woman's body, so it's a great fit. It's on its 2nd seaason of at least 2 hikes/week, and is holding up like new. Very durable.
