NRS Bow Float
The NRS Bow flotation bag fits on either side of a kayak's center support pillar. The bow bag fits forward of the foot area of most kayaks longer than 8 ft. Sold individually.Features/Benefits:
- 10-gauge urethane fabric won't leak or delaminate
- Bow Flotation Dimensions: 23 in. long, 10 in. wide at top, 3 in. wide at bottom
- Sold individually; two bags may be required to completely fill the space in the bow of your kayak
- To determine the correct size of float bag for your boat: measure the inside compartment and order a bag that is slightly larger in dimensions to fill the space in your boat completely

After swamping my boat multiple times learning to roll and once in the creek, I thought it was time for some flotation. These are not marketed toward the whitewater crowd on this web site but I figure they would fit the bill... and they did. I bought two and they fill neatly the stern of my Perception Blaze 7.1. They seem well made and easy to use. I've left them inflated in my boat for several months now and they're still firm to the touch. They also make rescuing and emptying this boat much easier after a wet exit. These are a must for any whitewater kayak.
