These are EXCELLENT. I accidentally broken the tension lock on my back pack when I shut it in my car door. These were so easy to put on! They work perfectly and you can't tell that they are any different from the stock tension locks!

My daughter's swimming backpack had a broken tension lock. Rather than buying a new backpack, I was looking to save some money and repair the tension buckle. This did EXACTLY what I was seeking...an d no sewing required. I needed a pair of needle-nosed players to help thread the loop in the new buckle, but other than that...easy-peasy and the backpack is like new. I bought extra buckles for any future needs...there are two other buckles on the backpack.

I was able to replace a broken buckle on my backpack. I put this replacement buckle on one of the straps where I secure my tent to my pack, thus far after 2 trips, no problems. I needed to use pliers on the strap to get this on but it is very secure. I purchased extras and keep them in my pack just in case.
