I bought this to re-glue the sole & seal a couple of seams on my Asolo Prism hiking boots. If you follow directions, clean the area and clamp for 24 hours, this gives a very good seal. The day after doing the repair we had to wade across a stream. There were no leaks at all. Before the repair the boots leaked. It has been less than a week since the repair, if there are problems in the future, I will try to post a follow-up. Hope this helps.

Did repairs on mountain bike shoes and my wife's and my light-duty hiking boots. So far, everything is holding - including the boots after miles on rough trail. I believe that the repair is holding due to a combination of the FreeSole and good preparation.
I spent quite a bit of time with compressed air and wire brushes removing dirt and debris from between the separated sole and the boot last. Cleaned the contact area, both on sole and the last, with alcohol to remove any grease (SnowSeal) and used a popsicle stick to make sure the FreeSole was pushed all the way back into the separation area. Then used rubber bands, Bungi cords and clamps to hold the sole EVENLY to the boot last while the FreeSole set. Make sure the edge of the sole, where it is inclined to tear away first, is firmly held to the leather.
I only wish it was available locally.

I used for the first time this glue, it is pleasant to me. let's look that clients will tell. But I 100 percent am sure that also will be pleasant to them. this product protects footwear from water, dirt. this that that is necessary for footwear. That there were dry feet. further I will use this product. and I advise to all to use this glue. It is very happy. Thanks. a little expensively but, it costs it.
