Comments about KLEAN KANTEEN 2.0 Sport Cap:

I use this while exercising. It works very well and is handy becasue it needs only one hand to use. It has a valve to let in air while drinking so there is a slight noise in use. It is not noticeable while exercising but it is if used in a quiet room.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
