Comments about PETZL William Triact-Lock Carabiner:
This is a great carabiner for me. For those with small hands and want to be able to open the biner with one hand, this probably isn't the carabiner for you. The Triact-Lock mechanism is tight and functions in a very safe manner. This biner is very easy to use due to its large opening, and the key is designed not to hook on ropes that are trying to be taken out, making things run smoothly both in and out of the biner. I have medium to large hands and one hand operation isn't an issue.

Comments about PETZL William Triact-Lock Carabiner:
This locking biner is really hard to open with one hand. Unless, may be, if you have big hands.
And it's even harder to manipulate with gloves on when ice climbing
I really can't use it. Back to my old screw type biner.
