The Petzl Adapt system allows the light body to be attached to a belt or jacket with the clip mount or to a helmet or other hard surface with the adhesive mount. It's the most versatile TacTikka ever.Features/Benefits:

Simply an amazing headlamp. Nice amount of settings to play with. Also comes with different color filters. Example: Red color filter to help on those starry nights in case you don't want to disturb you're star gazing vision. The best feature of this lamp is the adapt system which allows you to place the lamp in three different areas. On a helmet (with an adhesive piece attached to a helmet), on a belt and on the headband. I usually use a regular tikka xp as my headlamp and the tikka xp adapt on my belt to see the ground in dark areas. Great item. Truly must get.

I've so far used this mostly in work around the house- as the short daylight means I'm doing repairs after dark, this light greatly assists in work in difficult to light spaces
