Comments about PETZL Nomad Dry Climbing Rope, 9.8 mm x 60 m:

All my climbing friends are very jealous of my new rope:) It is much lighter than theirs and is favored when lead climbing because of it's weight. Overall it is a very easy rope to use, easy to tie knots, easy to belay (without too much slipage). I bought the rope with center and end markers, and I use them more than I ever thought I would. Very happy with my purchase and well worth the money. It was definately over my budget, but I would buy it again.

Comments about PETZL Nomad Dry Climbing Rope, 9.8 mm x 60 m:

Just used it for the first time last weekend. It performed beautifully. Easy to clip, nice fit for Gri Gri, and feels durable. Definitely recommend to others. A friend I've climbed with since I first started has the 70m version of this rope and they still love theirs too.

Comments about PETZL Nomad Dry Climbing Rope, 9.8 mm x 60 m:

I love this rope. It flakes out extremely easily and it hasn't accidentally knotted itself yet. I don't get nearly as much drag with the Nomad as I've had with other ropes, very helpful on those trad leads!

            I love this rope

Comments about PETZL Nomad Dry Climbing Rope, 9.8 mm x 60 m:

This rope is pliable enough to confidently tie in with a bowline first time out. It handles like a broken-in thicker rope. The elongation takes a bit of getting used to as a belayer on takes and lowering because it really does stretch. I've not taken a fall on this rope but I suspect this elongation is a plus in this department.
Having moved to this rope from a 10.3 it really does make a difference in the weight of the rope bag.
