I use this for alpine climbing/glacier travel—lots of walking, little hanging (as little as possible). It's a light, packable, seemingly well-made harness that's easy to adjust with gloves on. I'm tall and slender (33-inch waist, 175 pounds, long, lean legs) and the medium was the right choice for me. I'd be swamped in a large.

I searched awhile for a harness that was lightweight, comfortable, and easy to put on. Tried a lot on at our local gear shop but nothing stood out. I basically went off the reviews I read for the Adjama harness and figured if it wasn't what I was looking for, I could always return it. Glad I took the chance b/c this harness is awesome.

I climb at the gym once per week and outside during the summer. After 4 or 5 years with my black diamond harness, I finally moved on to the Adjama. It's much less bulky than the black diamond, which is nice. It's also much easier to get on and off. The buckle on the black diamond was always pretty annoying to work with. The Adjama is much easier.

My friend bought this, i went into ems, tried on 6, and finally decided upon this. We looked at our gear, and realized we bought the same thing. He tried on over a dozen, trying to find the perfect one. We both did.
