Comments about CRKT Drifter G10 Knife:
Although I am far from a knife collector, I have a handful of knives that I use for various purposes. One of the hardest niches to fill is that every day knife that you can use in the garden, camping, backpacking, etc., that will function well and is value priced so that if it is lost, well you just buy another one or have a second one as a back-up. I have used the Drifter in the rain and mud and the scaled G10 handle provides a very sure grip in all conditions. I also like the fact that is an open frame, it makes it easy to rinse out muck when it gets dirty while outdoors. The blade is easily deployed. The blade is surprisingly nice compared to other value priced knives. All in all, this is a surprisingly nice knife that is perfect for every day use that just happens to be highly affordable.

Comments about CRKT Drifter G10 Knife:
This knife is excellent. [$] and you get a high quality, durable, and scary sharp blade! The serrated edge on the back half is a plus, I cut through a tangled mess of bailing twine like butter. Get the knife, it's worth it.

Comments about CRKT Drifter G10 Knife:
I have owned this knife for about a month and it has lived up to all my expectations. The steel held it's factory edge until about 2 days ago, which I believe is excellent for a stainless steel knife. It came sharper than my Mora did, which surprised me greatly (in a good way, of course). For the price, I haven't found a better knife. CRKT nailed it with this knife.

Comments about CRKT Drifter G10 Knife:
I picked up my first drifter nearly two years ago and have carried and used it everyday. I decided today that it was time to retire it and go pick up another.
As a carpenter I use it everyday from cutting things(it is a knife after all), opening paint cans, as a screwdriver, chipping, scraping and prying, scribing, hammering and, just about everything else that your not supposed to do with a knife. It has stood up remarkably. It stays closed and locks open securely, easily clips to your pocket and though I, as you can imagine, dull the blade quite quickly the serrated section is still quite sharp after two years of abuse.

Comments about CRKT Drifter G10 Knife:
The only problem with this knife I guess I could have would be that I'd love it to be sharper.
It's not very hard to sharpen it, just don't learn how to do these sorts of things with a knife thats over $5 in my opinion.
