This sleeve fits the Backpacker's Cache canister like a glove! I was previously carrying the canister inside my 45L pack and I just can't imagine hiking again without this lashed to the top of my pack for extra space. I secured it to my pack fairly well with the straps that are included. The only recommendation would be including 2 carabiners to further secure the sleeve to my pack to prevent it from shifting during boulder scrambles and maybe a more heavy duty zipper. DO NOT leave the canister in the holster overnight or use it to make a bear hang. The uncovered BC canister is designed to be slippery so bears can't get a grip on it and run away with your supper. Enjoy!
