    I've been using Gold Bond powder for years---now moving into the 21st century. Body Glide is so much more effective, less mess, easier to apply and lasts into my second day of hiking! Awesome product and a little goes a long way. The small size will easily do an AT hiker 250 miles and the weight is not a huge penalty.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
