Comments about GSI OUTDOORS Hae Tea Kettle:
This little sweetie improved my boil time for a liter of water by about 2 minutes using my alcohol stove. Further, it is compact enough to eliminate the threat of spilling that I had with my 1 liter titanium pot.

Comments about GSI OUTDOORS Hae Tea Kettle:
I needed something small that would boil water and then pour it out. Simple yet hard to find, everything was to big or too expensive. I use this tea pot to heat enough water to rehydrate food and have the occasional hot drink. The only thing I could say that is negative would be that the lid does not fit snugly enough. Otherwise it is a compact water boiler that can fit an ultralight stove in it.

Comments about GSI OUTDOORS Hae Tea Kettle:
Like many in my area, I lost power during hurricane Sandy -- and found myself "camping" in my own house for over two weeks.
Initially, I boiled water on the grill outside using an old pot... that saved the day but was far from ideal. I bought this kettle looking for a better solution as the outage dragged on; it was perfect.

Comments about GSI OUTDOORS Hae Tea Kettle:
I originally bought this little pot on a whim. It has turned out to be a great addition to our families meal kit. Well made and heats fast, I have no issue with the kettle what so ever, except for one little issue. Because the metal handle is coated with silicone, it can start to burn if you are in the outback and using a wood-fueled fire. All you really have to do is be cautious to avoid flames from the fire contacting the silicone. Other than that I am surprised how useful this little kettle is. Also great for heating water to clean other utensils.
