Comments about BACKPACKER'S PANTRY Chicken Cashew Curry:
I had this meal for dinner on my final night of a 3 day trip in Shenandoah, and it was amazing. Making it was an extremely low maintenance affair, and cleanup was so easy it was a joke. Aside from a bag of GORP I brought along, all of my food was freeze dried or dehydrated and I can easily say that this was the gastronomic highlight of my trip. It's like a good Indian restaurant in a bag. This will definitely be a mainstay of future multi-day trips.

Comments about BACKPACKER'S PANTRY Chicken Cashew Curry:
Easy to prepare and eat. Probably didn't need quite as much boiling water as package calls for. Great for one person with a big appetite after a long day on the trail, or fine for two people with smaller appetites.

This meal is so easy to prepare and tastes great! My favorites are this one and the Pad Thai. Both have a little bit of a kick to them which is a nice break from your trail mix when backpacking.

Comments about BACKPACKER'S PANTRY Chicken Cashew Curry:
This meal is tasty, filling and nice and spicy for a chilly night of camping. Serves two easily, takes about 15 min and just needs boiling water. Backpacker's pantry has never let me down -- it's always a bit more delicious than you'd expect from backpacker food. Enjoy!
