Comments about MOUNTAIN HOUSE Beef Stew:

Hearty, tasty and filling - particularly during a coldspell in the backwoods or boonies. Simple and quick, with plenty of meat and vegetables. 2 Good sized portions or 1 for a big guy.

Comments about MOUNTAIN HOUSE Beef Stew:

Just add boiling water, mix, sit for 8-9 minutes, and eat right out of the bag. Easy and tasty. Fine for two people with regular/smaller appetites, better for one person after a long day on the trail and a big appetite.

This was a hearty meal for a quick bite in the woods. A good flavor and the taste of quality ingredients. Nothing like good warm food when the temps start dropping.

Very tasty, I would order this again. After I ate it on a multi day hike I wished I had taken several packages. One of the best trail meals I had in a while.

Quick, easy, tasty. Nutritious; big portions for one, a little short for two portions. Use a little less water so it won't be too soupy.

Comments about MOUNTAIN HOUSE Beef Stew:

Great staple for the trail. We've used it a few times. It serves one big guy but a little slight for 2. Prepare with the BPacker Country Garlic or Bacon Cheddar mashed potatoes and add them to it; it will be perfect for two. A staple for the trail & the boat.

Consistent good taste and quality. This is almost as good as my homemade dehydrated beef stew and a heck of a lot easier.
