Comments about MOUNTAIN HOUSE Scrambled Eggs with Bacon:
What's better than bacon in the morning? Nothing really. Bacon is awesome just by itself. If you happen to also like eggs with your bacon, then this is the meal for you.
Add a little salt and pepper to taste.

This was a solid breakfast choice. It doesn't taste like your own bacon and eggs but it's still a nice treat on a hike.

Comments about MOUNTAIN HOUSE Scrambled Eggs with Bacon:
To start off with the good....Mountain House is great because it is light weight and is very easy to prepare.......just add boiling water and wait....which is key for winter camping. I do like Mountain House even though I try to bring regular store/home food like instant mashed potatoes and stufing but like I said Mountain house is no fuss which is why I love it for winter camping out in the backcountry. This bacon and eggs breakfast one is one you want to stay away from and don't say I didn't warn you. The smell is absolutely horrible, the eggs have a texture of wet styrofoam....it is just not good. it's been 5 years since I've eaten this stuff while out camping in the high peaks of the Adirondacks and when I think of this stuff it still makes me want to gag and I am the least fussy eater ever!!!!!! There is many great Mountain House meals but this is not one of them!!!

Comments about MOUNTAIN HOUSE Scrambled Eggs with Bacon:
I thought this was really tasty, but obviously taste is a personal thing...so it's up to you. I enjoyed the taste of bacon with the eggs. Try draining any excess water before eating it too, that may help with the texture.
