Didn't the preperation instructions on this and was a little surprised when it had more steps than dump in boiling water. But, it cooks quicker than the other ones, and was a very tasty meal. This could have passed for chicken right off the grill!

Comments about MOUNTAIN HOUSE Grilled Chicken Breasts and Mashed Potatoes w:
This was a beautifully seasoned entree that I tried on a recent camping trip. The instructions tell you to separate the chicken when it's done from the potato, but I think it's better to leave it in and just stir it in together. The chicken shreds easily with a spork! I'm putting this one on my shopping list for next time.

Comments about MOUNTAIN HOUSE Grilled Chicken Breasts and Mashed Potatoes w:
The mashed potatoes were excellent taste and texture wise, but the chicken was the opposite. Rubbery and bland as heck. There also was not enough food for 2 hungry 15 year olds after a 13 mile day.
