Just finished an AT thru-hike this year and this was our go to, absolute most favorite bar. Often times found to be a bit expensive, but on sale is a great deal. The Berry Blast tastes great and fulfills a backpackers needs quite nicely.

I like the energy that these bars can provide but they are lacking in the flavor department. They are hard to chew and flat. I expected much more with all the god things in the bars but was left wanting more flavor. They also make you very thirsty, not a great thing to have when water is in limited supply.
