This kit came with plenty of bungi cord and mounting hardware for.more than one setup. I used extra bolts/nuts to mount my two rod holders.

Be careful where you locate the fittings. In one location close to the bow I had to slightly reduce the thickness of one foot of the eye by filing in order to get the bolt to engage the threads of the nut. I may have hit just enough curvature in the hull to prevent engagement. All other locations were no trouble. A longer bolt would also have solved the problem.
