Once I got the seal installed, it was fine. Getting it installed was a bear. I bought the right size for my kayak model, but couldn't get it to stay in place. I'd hook it over the front lip, then pull to the other end. The seal always slipped off the front before I could attach it to the rear. The ties were't sufficiently adjustable to overcome that problem. I finally realized that I had to hold it on the front with one foot while attaching the other end to the back. Had the instructions given that hint, I wouldn't have had so much trouble.
