The splash deck keeps the water and sun out of the cockpit area very well. Legs stay nice and dry and I do not have to wear suncreen-Love It! Easy to use though I do have to take it off to get in and out of kayak.

Construction is great; price is nice.
Bought one for my Necky Looksha; fit is perfect and protects for even decent head-on waves (though one good splash or roll from the side and you will be using that bilge pump--but that's what a full spray skirt is for)
Bought a second for a friend's Perception Sealion and the fit is Okay, but not perfect (cockpit lip is a little deeper and makes support strap create an opening if you tighten too much)
Make sure to shorten the bungee for the seal so that it is really snug so that you can tighten the support bar strap and prevent pooling. once you have it well adjusted it is a fantastic breathable light duty alternative.
Overall A really great investment if you want to stay generally dry but don't want to exchange river water for leg sweat.
