I needed a swim cap and this was the only one that my local EMS store carried, so it was better than nothing. I wanted the better model, but they only had this one. It did the job, but as is typical with swim caps, it didn't really keep my hair dry or keep the water out of my ears. However, one big plus for this cap is that it is stretchier than the average silicone swim cap, just as describe. That quality is truly impressive, although I'm guessing the upgraded one is even better. I don't know why someone wouldn't spring for the better one if they had a choice. I think the price difference is only $3.

This seems like a durable swim cap, but it wasn't for me. I have long, thick hair that I tried containing in multiple configurations, but the cap continued to slip off as I was swimming and I was unable to do continuous laps without pulling and adjusting.

This cap is easy to put on, it gives, and it is comfortable. I wear the cap for warmth, and to keep water out of my ears. It does not keep your hair dry. Would enjoy seeing the cap in patterns and other color options.

Was hoping this would work better than the triathalon freebie caps but actually was worse. Cap kept slipping up by the end of each pool length which became so annoying that I stopped using it. Perhaps a little duct tape strap would work. May be ok for folks with a smaller head circumference but not me. On the plus side, it does feel durable. Wonder if I can use it as a hotpad or pot holder...
