Very comfortable to carry with the 3 Liter Ospery Hydraform reservoir fully loaded with ice cubes and water. Pockets easily accessible on the hip belt (2)and pack strap (1). Adequate capacity for a day hike to carry lunch, rain gear, first aid kit, etc.

I purchased this pack for hiking day trips, but also used it for Disney. With two kids on a hot day, this pack is great for keeping water and bars accessible, with other items such as snacks, sunscreen and hats inside. This pack is great for a full day of hiking and perhaps a light overnight. I consider Osprey packs a great value. This is my second. If you are planning a longer adventure consider the Atmos 65
