Comments about NEMO Fillo Pillow:
I happily discovered how easy it was to make the pillow taller. I am a side sleeper and was worried the pillow wouldn't be thick enough. I used a rolled up t-shirt and the problem was solved. On a recent trip, I happily used this on a variety of beds and it worked perfectly every time. Softer than a plain inflatable pillow, more packable than a non-inflatable pillow. It's an extra bonus that it packs up into itself so I didn't have to worry about losing the stuff sack.

Comments about NEMO Fillo Pillow:
After reading many different reviews, I decided to purchase this pillow. So far I have used it on an airplane as both back support and a pillow. I also have used it as back support for car trips. It has been great for these two purposes due to the fact that it can be customized to your level of support. I will never take a car trip without this again. I usually become very uncomfortable after an hour and this pillow is a back-saver. I also bought my boyfriend one since the camping pillow he bought was gigantic.
I'm a side-sleeper and for camping, I find that on its own, it doesn't elevate my head enough, but I haven't bunched any thing under it yet to see how that feature works.
I love that it folds into itself (the stuff sack is sewn in to the interior of the pillow). It is one less bag to keep track of while packing up camp.
The memory foam in combination with the air chamber is really great. It is more comfortable than my pillows at home. Again, I love the fact that I can adjust the amount of air depending on what I am using it for.

Comments about NEMO Fillo Pillow:
I use Tempurpedic pillows at home, and take one with me when I travel. This pillow does the best job of anything I have tried when it comes to making sleeping on the ground tolerable for someone with neck issues or just difficulty getting comfortable in general. Super comfortable, adjustable, and supportive. They could probably make this pillow lighter if they really wanted to, but its not that heavy, and its worth it anyway.

Absolutely the best camp pillow I could find. Very comfortable. Integrated stuff sack packs small and light. Great for backpacking. I leave mine in the car and use it for lumbar support on longer trips.

Comments about NEMO Fillo Pillow:
I take this for overnight hiking/camping trips. It meets its description. I am used to a thicker pillow like at home, so I end up putting a sweater underneith this pillow to make it conformtable for myself.

Comments about NEMO Fillo Pillow:
I bought this for me, but the girlfriend keeps taking it, so I going to have to get her one now.
Easy to use, I like how it stuffs into its own stuff sack, one less thing to loose, inflates and deflates very easily, the bungee for your clothes to adjust the height is very nice since I like a tall pillow. The foam outer layer is comfortable, warm and easy to wash. If your like me and need a good nights sleep, this is worth the extra couple pounds.

Comments about NEMO Fillo Pillow:
Awesome pillow. Compacts down smaller then my therma rest (med size) pillow did, and the inch of memory foam really helps this from feeling like you are sleeping on a balloon. [...] is nothing when compared to how much better you will feel in the mornings after camping. The bungee system is a great idea as well.

Comments about NEMO Fillo Pillow:
I received my own Fillo for Christmas in 2009, and purchased one for a gift this year. This is a great pillow: Comfortable, with the air valve offering some customization, and the elastic on the bottom allows you to add more support if needed. The sueded microfiber top is soft against the skin; the memory foam keeps it all from being lumpy. My husband and I both carry these when backpacking -- they offer a great night on the trail for minimal weight. We've also taken these on casual trips, when we think hotel pillows might not cut it.
The only drawbacks I've noticed is their relatively small size, cost, and availability. For packing, the size isn't that much of a drawback. For casual travel, it could be. The cost, too, can be a little prohibitive, but we felt it was worth the investment for a good night's sleep on the trail. They can be very hard to find, however, which means that when I found another here at EMS, and on sale, I snatched one up as a Christmas gift.
Overall, I would highly reccommend the Fillo -- I'm even giving one as a gift!
