I have owned two pairs of the Scarpa Vision V, the predecessor to this shoe, and bought both in a 42 and they fit wonderfully. A 42 in this show was way too small, and even the 43 was too small. I wear a street 11 mens and will be ordering a 44 next go around. Seems to be a quality show, just sized different from what I am used to.

My only con of this shoe is the top of them, the material doesn't hold up that well. Otherwise excellent shoe all around!!

The shoes seem great, just too small. I really wanted these to be the shoes to stick with but Eastern mountain literally doesn't offer a 44.5 shoe. A mens us 11 is not an abnormal size.
