I brought two, one to hold my paddle and another one to hold my fishing rod incase I droped it in the water. I Would of gave it 5 stars but I thought the plastic clips could have been better made. Other then that great paddle leash.

I thought I would use this as an extra leash for a spare paddle as I experiment with different lengths and styles, but ended up using it on my active paddle on a sudden burst of high winds. It proved to be functional.
The construction first appeared to be lite, but synthetics these days can be surprising.

I use this leash on my kayak paddle and it keeps it securley attached to the kayak. It is well made and the hook that attaches to the boat is solid. Having velcro makes it adjustable and allows it to attach securely to the paddle. I highly recommend this product!

This is my third leash! Not because they go bad, it's due to the solid construction. I gave one to a friend who really liked it. Now I need another.
If you fall out of your boat when it's windy, as long as you keep hold to your paddle it's strong enough to stop your kayak from blowing away from you!

Went through a lessor model in 6 hrs. If you need a paddle leash this is the one. The Velcro wraps the paddle securely so it stays put. It won't slide around like other models. Truly a functional device that will be there when you really need it in bad seas!
